摘要
地处永靖县北部的黑台、方台位于黄河左岸,湟水河右岸,合称黑方台。黑方台属于黄河四级阶地,台面高程在海拨1700米以上,总面积13.444平方公里。黑方台是刘家峡库区移民安置区之一,现有人口1.21万余人。自1968年人工提取黄河水源进行大规模的农业灌溉以来,虽然农业生产效益逐年提高,亩产由提灌前的310斤增加到了现在的510斤,但同时也造成了台面大面积强烈沉陷,水利设施普遍严重破坏,台缘区滑坡连续不断发生。
Heifangtai of Yunjing county is situated in the region where the yellow river and the Huang-shui rivermeet. For more than 20 years, the hazard of settlement due to over-pumping of irrigation water has brought big losses to life and property of the people . This article expounds the variation of loess engineering geological character of the settlement district and analyses the hazard of settlement , and in this way the author advances a series of to countermeasures to harness the hazard of settlment in Heifangtai.
