摘要
以工业级硫酸锰为原料,硫化钠为沉淀剂去除重金属离子砷、铅、镉、汞,当反应温度在50~60℃,硫化钠加入量为理论值4倍,反应pH 5.5,重结晶2次时,对重金属砷、铅、镉、汞去除效果较好,通过进一步净化和蒸发结晶,产品用电感耦合等离子质谱法检测,达到FCC和国标GB 29208—2012要求。
Industrial grade manganese sulfate as raw material, heavy metal ions arsenic, lead, cadmium, mercury were removed sodium sulfide precipitant. When the reaction temperature is 50~60 ℃ , sodium sulfide dosage is the theo- retical value of 4 times, the reaction of pH 5.5,2 times recrystallization, heavy metal arsenic, lead, cadmium, mercury removal effect is good. After further purification and evaporation crystallization,ICP-MS result indicated that the products meet the requirements of FCC and national standard GB 29208--2012.
