摘要
本文充分利用脂肪酸盐的保护作用和精确的等电点沉淀,对牛血清白蛋白(BSA)传统纯化工艺进行改进。改进后工艺得率高,达到1.8%,成本低,每克BSA的硫酸铵用量为一般工艺的38%;产品质量达到国内同类产品的先进水平,并且适用于各种来源的新鲜牛血。
Making full use of the protection of compounds of faty acid and the precise isoelectric precipitation, this paper improved the traditional technology of bovine serum albumin (BSA) purification. The improved tech-niqe has achieved a higher output of 1. 8%, with lower costs. The amount of ammonium sulfate used is only 38% of that in traditional technique per gram BSA. The quality of our products has reached the advanced level of the same kind at home. The improved technique is applicable to fresh blood from various sources.
