紫锥菊多糖对IBDV疫苗免疫雏鸡外周血CD_4^+/CD_8^+含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了从细胞免疫学角度探讨紫锥菊多糖对传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)疫苗免疫效果的影响,试验选用3种剂量紫锥菊多糖,自雏鸡6日龄开始连续口服7 d,于13,20,27日龄时用流式细胞仪检测外周血中CD4+、CD8+含量并计算CD4+/CD8+比值。结果表明:在13日龄时,紫锥菊中、高剂量组对外周血CD4+/CD8+比值的影响显著高于对照组(P<0.05),随着时间的推移各组CD4+/CD8+比值均下降。说明紫锥菊提取物对雏鸡免疫IBDV疫苗初期具有明显的免疫促进作用,是一种效果较为明显的免疫调节剂。
