摘要
"浙商文化"是一种优秀的社会资源。作为浙江省的高校,深深根植于浙江博大精深的商业文化之中,所以弘扬"浙商文化",提升学生创新创业素养是浙江高校义不容辞的职责,浙江高校有责任和义务为浙江这片创新创业热土输送源源不断的浙商新人。浙江经贸职业技术学院,在这方面进行了较为成功的探索。该校坚持以素质为基础、能力为本位,职业为导向,创新创业为核心,把"浙商文化"这一优秀的区域文化资源作为最基本的教育元素,贯穿于整个创新创业教育阶段并渗透于职业教育全过程,立体化、综合性地实施系统化的创新创业教育工程。学校基于"浙商文化"的创新创业教育,可以说是高校的人才培养目标与优秀地方文化资源紧密结合的完美典范。
The Zhejiang province entrepreneurial culture is an excellent and distinguished social resource. In Zhejiang province, universities and colleges are deeply rooted in the extensive and profound entrepreneurial cultural environment. The responsibility of universities and colleges to carry on and expand the ＂entrepreneurial culture＂ is becoming rapidly and increasingly accepted. These institutions of higher education need to shoulder their responsibility of improving students＇ accomplishments regarding innovation and entrepreneurship. As such, universities and colleges should meet their obligations of providing the Zhejiang province with consistent entrepreneurial talents. Zhejiang Economic ＆ Trade Polytechnic （ZJETP） has embarked on a very successful exploration of entrepreneurial culture. By focusing on students＇ competencies, morals, creativity, and their future careers, ZJETP insists on instilling Zhejiang＇ s entrepreneurial culture throughout the entire vocational education process as well as through the complete phase of innovative enterprise education. ZJETP sees Zhejiang＇ s entrepreneurial culture as an essential yet remarkable teaching resource. Based on their innovative enterprise education system, ZJETP has presented an admirable example of the perfect combination of talent cultivation coupled with local cultural resources.
