摘要
通过构建激励效果模型以及林场管理层激励效果目标函数,采用遗传算法,研究了管理层薪酬最优分配问题。结果表明采用该方法能够得到对管理层的激励效果最佳时的薪酬最优分配方案,有助于完善国有林场薪酬激励体系,激发管理层工作积极性,增强国有林场的核心经营能力和人才吸引力,实现可持续发展。
The investigation was conducted to model the incentive effects and its objective function,and study the salary distribution optimization by genetic algorithm. The optimal salary distribution of management can be obtained by using the method described. The results will help improve salary incentive system of the state-owned forest farm,motivate work enthusiasm of management,and enhance the core business and attractiveness of the state-owned forest farm for sustainable development of the state-owned forest farm.
