ATP生物荧光检测法在医院感染突发事件中的应用 被引量:5

Application of ATP bioluminescence assay in emergencies of nosocomial infection

摘要 目的探讨ATP生物荧光检测法应用于医院感染突发事件中的可行性,为医院感染专业人员快速处理突发事件提供理论依据。方法以1起医院感染突发事件为例,运用ATP生物荧光检测法与微生物检测法平行采样,并对检测的RLU值的对数值与CFU的对数值进行相关性分析及线性回归分析。结果通过统计分析,手持式ATP生物荧光检测法检测的RLU值对数值与微生物检测法检测的CFU值对数值(P<0.05);台式ATP生物荧光检测法检测的RLU值对数值与微生物检测法检测的CFU值对数值(P<0.05)均呈现线性关系,运用ATP生物荧光检测法及微生物检测法各检测29件,合格率分别为68.97%、75.86%,合格率差异无统计学意义,结合两种检测法发现携带病菌的复苏气囊及工作人员的手为此次事件的传播媒介,及时采取措施切断传播途径,迅速控制事态发展。结论 ATP生物荧光检测法与微生物检测法检测结果之间具有显著相关性,是主动监控医院感染突发事件发生发展的有效方法,与微生物检测法结合使用能加快控制速度及效率。 OBJECTIVE To explore feasibility of ATP bioluminescence assay in emergencies of nosocomial infection, and provide a theoretical basis for rapid management of emergencies by the professionals. METHODS In one case of emergency of nosocomial infection, parallel samplings were made with ATP bioluminescence assay as well as microbiological assay, then correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were conducted on the logarithmic value of RLU and CFU. RESULTS By statistical analyses, bacterial CFU and handheld ATP RLU logarithm values (P〈0. 05), bacterial CFU and desk-top ATP RLU logarithm values (P〈0. 05) both showed linear relationships. ATP bioluminescence assay and microbiological assay were used to detect 29 instruments by each, the passing rates were 68.97%, and 75.86% for each assay method, with no significant differences. The dissemi-nation media were found to be resuscitation bag and staff hand carrying germs through the two assays. Timely measures were taken to cut off the transmission route, and the situation was soon put under control. CONCLUSION The ATP bioluminescence assay test results and the microbiological assay test results have a signif- icant correlation. The ATP bioluminescence assay which was an effective method to proactively monitor nosocomi-al infection emergencies can accelerate the speed and efficiency combine with microbial assay.
