摘要
针对目前既有建筑的规模和功能不能满足新的使用要求需进行加固改造开展研究。以某水产公司冷冻库因使用功能改变需进行加层改造为例,将一层冷冻库加层为二层,原屋面板被改作为第二层冷冻库的楼面使用。加层设计时,原屋面梁采用"无粘结钢绞线体外预应力加固法"进行加固,原屋面板、框架柱采用加大截面法进行加固,很好地满足了该冷冻库的改造要求,该成果可为此类建筑物改造加固提供参考。
T he freezer of an aquatic products corporation needs adding-storey renovation due to changes of application .We translate the freezer from a one-story building to a two-story building ,the original roof panel is turned into the second floor of the freezer .In developing adding-storey design ,the original roof beam is consolidated by the external prestress by adopting non-cohesive steel technology ,at the same time ,the original roof panel and the frame column is consolidated by the method of using section increment .Thus requirements of the building＇s reconstruction is realized very well .
