摘要
近年来,随着我国社会和经济的不断发展,机械加工工艺技术也不断得到完善,在此基础上,人们对于机械加工产品的要求也越来越高。而提高其质量和性能的最直接途径就是提高机械加工工艺的精度,减少或消除误差。首先对机械加工工艺进行了简单的介绍,其次探讨了机械加工出现误差的原因,并在最后分析了降低机械加工误差的途径,以期帮助相关工作人员更好地控制加工过程,从而达到提高机械加工产品性能的目的。
In recent years, with the continuous development of our society and economy, machining technology has also been improved, on the basis of this, people are paying more for machining products more requirement. The most direct way to improve its quality and performance is to improve the machining accuracy, reduce or eliminate the error. Firstly, the machining process are introduced briefly, then discusses the reasons of machining error, and in the final analysis of the ways to reduce the errors of mechanical process, in order to help the staff to better control the process, so as to improve the performance of machining products.
