Construction Techniques for the Casing-Followed Hole-Shaping Operation for Super-Long Bored Piles in the Karst Stratum

摘要 岩溶地区桩基施工面临成孔难、易漏浆、常塌孔等技术难题,结合贵广铁路大塘口双线特大桥岩溶区超长钻孔桩基的施工,介绍了采用多层钢套筒跟进,抛投片石、黏土、水泥封堵小洞和混凝土封堵大洞等方法,成功解决各项技术难题,保证了桩基的成孔质量,为类似地区桩基施工提供了可借鉴经验。 The construction of pile foundation in the karst stratum is often faced with the technical problems of being difficult in hole-shaping, being liable to mortar leakage, and frequently collapsing of bored holes. With the construction ot the foundation of super long bored piles for the Datangkou Dual-line Mega Bridge in the karst stratum of the Gui-Guang Railway as a practical ex- ample,introduced in the paper are the techniques of the muhi-layer-steel-casingfollowing drilling,casting rugstones, clay and cement to fill up small holes and pouring concrete to block big holes,etc. ,all of which help success- fully solve the various technical problems faced in the construction and ensure the quality of the bored holes. The paper may provides valuable experience for the construction of other pile-foundation projects in similar areas.
