摘要
基于工作过程导向的课程设计与教学方法是从德国引进的教育理念。由于刑法学课程有较强的实践性,因此在以工作过程为导向进行刑法学课程开发过程中应加强教学单位与法律实践单位结合,构建注重实践能力培养的课内教学与课外实训相结合的课程体系;在学业成绩考核方面,转变传统的重理论轻实践的考核方式,以科学的考核方式激发学生的学习兴趣。
The philosophy of curriculum design and teaching method based on working process - oriented is introduced from the Germany. The course of criminal law is characterized by its high practice . Practice ability was regarded as the goal of the criminal law, the focus is on the cultivation of the practical ability in the classroom teaching and the extracurricular training system In the ac- ademic achievement evaluation, we should make some changes from the evaluation traditional way to the scientific way of evaluation to stimulate students＇ interest in learninz.
