排灌泵闸站智能管理控制系统及其效益分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对我国南方地区农田水利设施管理中存在的诸多问题,引入排灌区泵闸站智能化管理系统,通过远程控制、水位监测等手段,有效提高水利设施运行效用,同时制定相配套的管理制度,以解决农田水利设施管理中的困难。结合该系统在桐乡市崇福镇利顺村试验运行效果,进行了经济效益分析,分析结果表明,引入排灌区泵闸站智能管理控制系统后,利顺村2012年直接节约经济成本43521元。 With regard to the existing problems in the management of structures and devices for irrigation and drainage in South China,an intelligent control system for pumping stations and gates of irrigation and drainage districts is designed by means of the remote control and water level monitoring. Thus the structures and devices for irrigation and drainage are efficiently managed. Simultaneously, the relevant management system is formulated so as to solve the problems in the management of structures and devices for irrigation and drainage. Finally,based on the successful operation of the proposed system in Lifu Village of Chongfu Town of Tongxiang County,the economic benefits are analyzed The results show that the direct economic cost of Lishun Village in 2012,43521 RMB Yuan,is saved by adopting the intelligent control system for pumping stations and gates of irrigation and drainage districts.
