燃气轮机直通式迷宫密封的非稳态流场分析

摘要 当叶轮机械的转子发生振动时,转轴与密封件间距发生变化,通过转子密封的泄漏量将与稳态下的数值存在一定的差异。本文旨在通过三维数值模拟对转子振动条件下的泄漏特性进行分析、预测。通过计算发现,转子的振动可增加迷宫密封的泄漏量,并对转子产生一定的气体作用力。 When turbomachinery rotor vibration occurs, the distance between the seal and the shaft is changing, the amount of leakage and the value of the steady state are differences. This paper aims to analysis and forecast the leakage char- acteristics though dimensional numerical simulation, on the condition of rotor vibration. The influent of rotor vibration was founded, increase the amount of leakage, gives forth to the rotor.
