摘要
为精确测量小型船舶柴油机瞬态油耗,利用椭圆转子流量计的测量原理,设计了一种船舶柴油机油耗仪表,并在喷油泵试验台上模拟6135柴油机各工况的喷油试验,以验证该油耗仪测量的准确性.实验结果表明,该测量系统工作稳定、准确性较高,在模拟柴油机怠速工况和额定工况时误差分别为0.8%和0.6%,满足柴油机实际工作测量精度要求.
In order to accurately measure its transient fuel consumption of a small marine diesel engine, a fuel consumption meter is designed by means of the measuring principle of an oval gear flow-meter. The fuel injection tests of a 6135 diesel engine under various working conditions are simulated on an injection pump test-bed for verifying the accuracy of the fuel consumption meter. The experimental results show that the meter works stably with a higher precision, and its relative errors are O. 8% and 0.6% under both idling mode and rated condition respective accuracy. meeting the requirements of the measurement
