摘要
场外交易市场是多层次资本市场体系中的基础层。湖南省场外交易市场也与全国一样,先发展资本市场的上层——场内市场的主板市场,再是中间层——中小板与创业板市场,这就不可避免地存在基础层根基不牢的问题,这些问题制约了湖南省场外交易市场的发展。基于我国多层次资本市场建设大的战略举措,回顾我国多层次资本市场建设历程以及发展思路,针对湖南省场外交易市场存在的问题进行详细分析,提出加强基础层场外交易市场建设的建议。
The OTC market is a base layer in the multi -level capital market system. However, as the same of national OTC market, the OTC market in Hunan province first develops the upper capital markets, which are motherboard in exchange market, and then a middle layer - small board and Growth Enterprise Market, which lead an inevitable problem of weak foundation, and these problems have constrained the development of the OTC market in Hunan province. Based on the major strategic initiatives of our muhi - level capital market, this paper reviews its construction process and develop ment ideas, and does an analysis in detail on problems of Hunan OTC market to propose strengthening the base layer of the OTC market＇s recommendations.
