介绍了雾凇径流的基本概念,阐述了雾凇径流研究的重要性和必要性以及形成的基本原理,并提出了具体的研究方法。在此抛砖引玉,希望有兴趣的同行共同探索,丰富和发展水文学。
This paper introduces the fundamental conception of rime runoff and the importance and ne- cessity of research on rime runoff. Then, it analyzes the basic principle of formation of rime runoff and puts forward its specific research methods. Further, the author suggests that more attention should be paid to the development of rime runoff for the advancement of hydrology.
