摘要
现阶段我国工业系统的管架多采用基于结构的设计方法,未能将管道对结构整体的贡献考虑在内,不能科学反映管道与管架的协同工作.研究表明采用传统计算方法的结果与实际情况差别较大.为了能更好地反映管道与管架的协同工作,通过在同一计算模型中进行管架和管道的整体计算,并与传统计算结果进行比较,分析整体计算对管架结构的内力的影响,解决了管道与支架的相互作用以及温度管道与振动管道产生的荷载,从而节约了工程造价.
At present,the design method in our country fails to take the overall contribution of pipelines into consideration, and it can't reflect the collaboration of pipelines and pipe racks scientifically. The study shows that there is a great difference between results from traditional calculations and actual conditions. In order to reflect the collaboration of pipelines and pipe racks much better, an integral calculation is carried out by building the pipeline and pipe rack in one calculating model, and a comparison is made with tradi- tional calculations. The integral calculation can analyze the internal force of pipe rack structure and solve the interaction of supports and pipelines. The loads are considered which we ignore in pipe temperature and pipe vibration in the traditional algorithm.
