摘要
目的：探讨血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体（sIL－2R）在皮肌炎发病机理中的作用，并分析其与血清肌酶的关系。方法：采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测30例皮肌炎患者皮质类固醇治疗前后及28例正常对照血清sIL－2R水平。结果：皮肌炎组血清sIL－2R水平明显高于正常对照组（P＜0．001），血清sIL－2R水平变化与CPK、LDH、ALD密切相（P＜0．001），关皮质激素治疗后2月血清sIL－2R水平显著降低（P＞0．05）。结论：sIL－2R可能在皮肌炎的发病机理中起着重要作用，sIL－2R检测可作为监测皮肌炎活动性的指标。
Objective: To study the effect of soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R) on pathogenesis of dermato-myositis (DM) and its relationship with muscle enzyme levels. Methods: The level of sIL-2R was measured by double antibody sandwich ELISA in 30 patients with DM before and after steroid treatment and in 28 normal controls. Results:The level of sIL-2R in patients was increased (P<0.001), and it was positively correlated with the levels of serum CPK, LDH and ALD(P<0.001). After steroid treatment for 2 months, the level of sIL-2R tended to become normal (P>0.05). Conclusion: The results show that sIL-2R phlays an important role in the pathogenesis of DM. There is a relationship between sIL-2R level and the disease activity of DM, and the detectiou of sIL-2R can be used as an index of tthe disease achvity.
