摘要
探讨了公共服务中教育环节的定位,提出终身教育在我国发展的重要性,以及在新形势下需要面临新的教育形势,并提出在形势下如何发挥终身教育的有效性,提出树立终身教育理念和开放封闭的教育资源,构建以教育为导向,满足公民普遍需求的公共教育服务平台的构想。
This paper discusses the positioning of education in public service.It shows the importance of lifelong education in China＇s development and the facing educational situation.It explains that how to make lifelong education effective,how to create the idea of lifelong education and how to release the educational resource.The education should be the lead of construction to fulfill the public＇s demand of public educational platform.
