摘要
目的:探讨清浊祛瘀汤保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将119例慢性盆腔炎患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组59例和对照组60例。对照组给予常规支持疗法、抗炎、对症治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用清浊祛瘀汤灌肠治疗,治疗后比较第1个疗程和第2个疗程两组疗效。结果:第1个疗程结束后,治疗组治愈44例(74.58%),对照组治愈31例(51.67%);第2个疗程结束后,治疗组治愈55例(93.22%),对照组40(66.67%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清浊祛瘀汤保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。
Objective ：To investigate the clinical curative effect of Qingzhuo Quyu Decoction retention enema treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods ：119 cases of chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into the treatment group of 59 cases ,and the control group of 60 cases. The treatment group was given Qingzhuo Quyu Decoction retention enema in addition to conventional treat- ment, and the control group was given conventional support therapy, anti-inflammatory, symptomatic treatment. Compared the curative effect of the two groups after treatment. Results ： After the first course of treatment, 44 cases were cured in the treatment group （74.58%） ,and 31 cases in the control group（51.67% ） ;After the second course of treatment,55 cases were cured in the treatment group（93.22% ） ,40 cases in the control group （66.67%）. Comparison of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Qingzhuo Quyu Decoction retention enema treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has sig- nificant curative effect.
