摘要
探讨538只手背深度烧伤手术治疗近期疗效及影响因素。方法：拟定术后近期疗效评估标准，538只手背深度烧伤采用切痂、削痂植皮或皮瓣转移修复，分析伤后施行手术时间、烧伤面积和不同致伤因素对手术近期疗效的影响。结果：术后近期优良率为92．7％（499只手），其优良率与伤后施行手术时间、烧伤面积和致伤因素有直接关系。结论：手背深度烧伤，为确保手功能最大限度地恢复，应在挽救生命的同时早期施行切痂、削痂植皮或皮瓣转移手术。
To study the operativeeeffect of the dorsal hands with deep derma burns. Methods :538dorsal hands with deep derma burns were treated by excising and grafting or transferring the flap. The eary curative effectswere evaluated as excellence, good or poor by the standard and the operation time , the burn area, and the causes of burnwere compared with the clinical results Results: The early curative effect. in 499 hands(92. 7% )was excellent or good,and the effect in 39 hands(7. 3% ) was poor. Conclusion: Excising and grafting or transferring the flap are the bestmethed for the dorsal hands with deep derma burns, while saving the life of the patient, eary operation should be doneand for restoring the function of the hand maximally.
