摘要
观察SD大鼠耳蜗多余外毛细胞分布、形态，并探讨其发育规律。方法：大鼠4只，3周龄。取出耳蜗后用2．5％戊二醛固定1小时以上，去除骨壳、前庭膜、血管纹，制作扫描电镜标本，S－520型电镜扫描观察毛细胞形态。结果：耳蜗外毛细胞排列成规则的3排。4只大鼠中有2只在耳蜗某些部位可见多达5排以上外毛细胞，多余外毛细胞部分排列紊乱，越近底端越明显。结论：SD大鼠可出现多余外毛细胞，这种多余毛细胞排列不规则。
To investigate the supernumerary hair cells of SD rat. Mathods:The cochlea were obtainedfrom four 3-week SD rats. The apex was punctured, and was then perfused through the oval window with glutaraldehyde.Specimens were post-fixed with 1% osmium-tetroxide for 30 min, then dehydraed, point-dried and sputter-coated withgold-palladium. The specimens were studied by scanning electron microscope. Results: Supernumerary outer hair cellsranged up to 5 rows were observed. Most of them rowd irregularly. Conclusions: These studies provide evidence for thepresence of supernumerary outer hair cells in the rat cochlea.
