摘要
文章从溃疡性结肠炎的病因病机及治法用药规律等方面探讨总结了刘启泉教授辨治溃疡性结肠炎的经验。详细阐述了刘启泉教授"主病机"及"病下辨证"的诊疗思路在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中的具体应用。强调辨病与辨证相结合,基础用药与分期辨证论治用药相结合,证候与症状相结合,内服中药与外治法相结合,注重对证分层用药,针对症状特定用药,对提高临床疗效具有一定的价值。
The paper summarizes Professor LIU Qi-quan＇s experience in the differentiation and treatment of ulcerative colitis from the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment, prescription rules and other aspects. It also elaborates the line of thinking in the diagnosis and treatment named ＇the main pathogenesis＇, ＇syndrome differentiation＇ and its specific application in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. The paper emphasizes the combinations of disease and syndrome differentiation, basic preparation and staging treatment based on syndrome differentiation, syndromes and symptoms, internal traditional Chinese medicine and external treatments. It also attaches importance to the stratified medicine to specific syndromes and specific drugs to specific symptoms. It has a certain value to improve the clinical curative effect.
