摘要
本文针对大型除灰泵曲轴断裂问题,在优化计算确定的合理工况下,利用三维有限元方法,通过计算机对除灰泵曲轴的静强度和刚度以及疲劳强度进行了计算。其结果和实际相吻合,证明了计算的正确性。通过计算分析,提出了解决除灰泵曲轴断裂问题的措施。
Focusing on the problem of breaking of crankshaft in giant plunger slurry pump with flushing packing, the static strength and rigidity as well as fatigue strength of the crankshaft under the rational regime determined by optimizion are evaluated in this paper using the method of three dimensional finite element. The computation results agree with the reality proving the validity of the computation. The measures for preventing crankshaft from breaking is presented after analyzing the computation results.
