摘要
目的 研究脉冲电磁场对山羊骨延长区骨矿化的影响。方法 选用 12只山羊制成胫骨上干骺端骨痂牵伸延长模型 ,并随机分为对照组和脉冲电磁场治疗组。治疗组术后第一天即给予脉冲电磁场刺激。行功能指标检测、形态学分析、X线片计算机图像分析、骨痂线密度、面密度、灰密度测量及骨痂钙元素、微量元素含量测定。结果 治疗组伤肢功能恢复显著优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组骨痂线密度、面密度、灰密度、骨痂钙元素及锌、铜、铁等微量元素含量显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 脉冲电磁场刺激能够加速骨延长区新骨的生成与矿化 ,其机制可能是脉冲电磁场刺激加速了延长区骨修复细胞的成骨活动 。
Objective To study the effect of pulsing electromagnetic stimulation on bone mineralization. Methods A lowerlimblengthening model in twelve goats was performed in the proximal metaphysis of tibia. Pulsing electromagnetic stimulation was applied to six goats daily from the next day of osteotomy. Calcium and trace element content, bone mineral content and bone mineral density of the distracted callus were determined. Gross and microscopic observations and limb function assessment were done. Results Limb function of the stimulated group recovered much quicker than that of the control group(P< 0.01 ). The bone mineral content, bone mineral density and trace elements content of the stimulated callus were significantly increased as compared with those in the control group(P< 0.05 ). Conclusion Pulsing electromagnetic stimulation could accelerate bone formation and mineralization of bone lengthening, and the mechanism may be that electromagnetic stimulation promotes the osteogenesis of bone repair cells and trace element accumulation in the distracted area.
