摘要
通过烧结杯试验对不同配比的镍矿粉与巴西粉、普精粉搭配烧结进行了分析。研究了烧结过程中烧结速度、负压、终点温度及烧结矿化学成分、转鼓指数、成品率和烧结矿粒度组成等各方面的变化,选出了最佳的配比结构,并通过操作参数的优化,改善烧结过程,达到了稳定烧结生产,提高烧结矿质量,降低成本的目的。
Based on sintering pot test, the matching sintering is analyzed with nickel - bearing iron ore powder and Brazil powder, normal concentrate powder with different proportion, researched the sintering speed, neg- ative pressure and end temperature in sintering procedure as well as the changes in chemical composition, tumbler index, yield and grain size composition of sinter, selected out the best proportion structure suitable for the actual production. With optimization of the operation parameters, sinter procedure is improved, the production stabilized, the quality improved, the cost reduced.
