摘要
产业技术创新联盟的出现对原有单个企业的竞争情报活动提出了挑战。基于共享性与内部化的战略联盟竞争情报为我们提出了一项新的研究课题。文章从发展概况、实践内容与方法、典型案例等方面,对法国竞争力集群的竞争情报实践现状进行研究,并结合我国产业技术创新联盟发展中存在的问题,对其竞争情报活动的开展提出若干建议。
The appearance of the industrial technology innovation alliance is a challenge to the original Competitive Intelli- gence （CI） practice of a single enterprise. The strategic allia^lee CI based on sharing and internalization puts forward a new research subject for us. This article studies the current CI practices of the French competitiveness clusters from the aspects of development situ- ation, the contents and methods of practice, and typical cases, and combined with the problems in the development of the Chinese Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance, puts forward some suggestions for thinking about how to carry out CI activities in China.
