摘要
本文用边界跟踪法提取了各种焊接缺陷的特征参数,并按GB3323—87标准对焊接缺陷进行了模式识别。结果表明:轮廓线跟踪法是研究焊接缺陷特征参数的有效手段。利用缺陷的长径与短径之比L_1/L_2,边界象素数与面积象素数之比以及边界沿水平方向象素数等参数可以准确地对焊接缺陷进行分类识别。
In this paper, the character parameters which specify welding defects have been obtained by means of edge tracing and computer pattern recognition has been used to identify welding defects according to GB3323-87. The results demonstrate that the method of edge tracing is very efficaciously for the study of character parameter of welding defects. By use of the proportion of L1/L2 and F, the pattern recognition was perfomed accurately.
