摘要
目的:观察矩阵针法与西医常规治疗失眠的疗效差异,总结矩阵针法的学术理念和创新点。方法:将80例失眠患者随机分为针刺组、对照组各40例。针刺组采用矩阵针法分组取穴针刺治疗;对照组采用口服安定2.5 mg,3次/d;谷维素片20 mg,3次/d;维生素B_1片20 mg,3次/d。2组均以治疗10天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后统计治疗效果。结果:矩阵针法治疗组总有效率1 00.00%,对照组总有效率75.00%,治疗组整体治疗效果明显优于西医常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:矩阵针法为针灸治疗失眠提供了一种全新、有效、可行、廉价的模式。
Objective： To compare curative effects of matrix acupuncture and Western medicine in treating insomnia, sum up academic concept and innovation points of matrix acupuncture. Method： All 80 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received matrix acupuncture and acupoint selection; the control group oral amiprol, 2.5mg, three times each day; oryzanol, 20mg, three times per day; vitamin B1, 20 mg, three times per day. Ten days were one course of treatment and curative effects were observed after treating for 20 days. Result： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 100.00%, higher than 75.00% of the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group in curative effects remarkably（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Matrix acupuncture could offer a new, effective, practicable and inexpensive mode for the acupuncture in treating insomnia.
