德国北威州职业教育培训券探析 被引量：3

摘要 2006年初德国北威州地区全面实施了培训券,这是德国促进劳动力水平提升的一大尝试,也是推进职业教育发展的重大举措。培训券在实施的过程中取得了较好的效果,文章从培训券的实施背景、理论来源、实施框架、阶段性成效四个方面对德国职业教育培训券做了简要分析,希望对我国职业教育的发展提供借鉴和启示。
