摘要
通过对GXD1泵站压力钢管的振动测试及分析,指出泵站压力钢管的振动通常是带有周期信号的随机振动或复合周期振动。其振因一般有水流的压力脉动,水泵叶轮重量的不平衡,叶轮与轴对中性不好,水泵偏离设计工况点运行,水泵发生汽蚀及压力钢管的布局及支撑不合理等因素。
It is Pointed out in this paper after measuring and analysing the vibration of pressure pipe lines at GXD1 pamp station that the vibration is usually characterized by its randomness or complexity with periodic oscillations. Generally, its origin are pressure oscillation of water flow, unbalance of the weight in pump propeller,bad alignment of the propeller with the shaft,the deviation of pump operation from design regime,pump cavitation,and unreasonable lay out and supports of pipe lines.
