摘要
利用《2012—2013年全球竞争力报告》中测评各国和地区贸易便利化程度的指标衡量了中国主要农产品贸易伙伴的贸易便利化发展水平,并应用贸易引力模型实证分析了中国主要农产品贸易伙伴的贸易便利化程度对中国农产品出口贸易的影响。研究表明,中国的农产品贸易伙伴中,经济欠发达国家的贸易便利化水平远低于发达国家。衡量贸易便利化程度最重要的指标是口岸物流、海关环境、规制环境和电子商务,其对中国农产品出口贸易的影响程度最大。
This article used the indicators of evaluating national and regional trade facilitation from The Global Competitiveness Index 2012-2013 Rankings, to measure the degree of China＇s major agricultural products trading partners in agricultural development level of trade facilitation, and utilized trade gravity model to analyse the measure of China＇s major agricultural products trading, partners facilitation on China＇s agricultural products export trade. This research concluded that： economic less developed countries＇ trade facilitation levels were far below developed countries. The most important indicators used to measure the degree of trade facilitation are port logistics, customs environment, environmental regulatio and electronic commerce, which are also the most significant influences on China＇s aicultural exports.
