2012年中国籼稻产量占稻谷产量的比例已降至67%,早籼稻多年未突破3 500万t。在籼米市场有所缩小的基础上,分析了籼米价格走势尚旺,包括籼米价格稳中有升、籼稻价格一度走低、最低收购价支撑籼稻价格、籼米进口增加较多的状况。提出未来市场仍以籼稻为主、籼稻增产尚有空间、籼稻价格仍需上涨等观点,同时肯定粳稻生产来势看好、粳米销售市场见旺。籼米粳米皆旺,表明大米作为国人最重要的主食,正处于供需紧平衡状态。
The proportion of indica rice production accounting for rice production in China dropped to 67% in 2012, early indica rice production has never reached 35 million tons for many years. On the basis of pointing out that milled indica rice market came off the peak, this article analyzed that milled indica rice price was going up, including that milled indica rice price was stably rising, indica rice price had dropped in a period, indica rice price was supported by minimum purchase price and milled indica rice imports increased more. Then this article put forward views that the market would be dominated by indica rice in the future, indica rice production would grow and indiea rice price still need rise. Meanwhile it was certain that japonica rice production would be optimistic and japonica rice sales market would be getting better. Indiea rice and japonica rice are both getting better, it shows that rice as the most important food of Chinese is in the tight equilibrium between supply and demand.
