摘要
目的研究胰岛素受体废物１（ＩＲＳ－１）基因Ｇｌｙ９７２Ａｒｇ突变与中国人糖尿病的相关性。方法随机选取上海地区中国人 ３５９例，用 ＰＣＲ／ＢｓｔＮ１酶解法检测 Ｇｌｙ９７２Ａｒｇ突变。 结果本组中国人中仅发现２例该突变且均为非糖尿病者。结论该突变可能不是中国人糖尿病的重要遗传因素。
Objective To investigate whether the Gly972Arg mutation of the insulin receptor substrate 1 (IRS1) gene associates with type 2 diabetes in Chinese. Methods Gly972Arg mutation of IRS1 gene was determined by PCR/ BstN1 digestion in a group of 359 subjects. Results Only two subjects with Gly972Arg mutation were found in the study group. Couclusion Gly972Arg mutation of IRS1 gene may not be a major genetic factor for typo 2 diabets in Chinese.
