不同种薯处理对旱地马铃薯生长发育的影响

Effects of Different Treatments of Tuber on the Growth and Development of Potato in Dryland

摘要 种薯的播前处理是改善农作物品质、提高产量的一项重要措施。为了解旱地条件下不同种薯处理对旱地马铃薯生长发育的影响程度,对6个处理不同生育期的植株形态、产量性状和水分利用效率进行了研究。结果表明:催芽处理出苗期较对照提前3d,出苗率提高36.9%;催芽处理能够促进马铃薯植株生长和干物质积累,株高、单株平均叶面积和单株干重均明显高于其他处理;催芽处理下马铃薯产量和水分利用效率表现最高,分别较对照高出14.9%和15.6%。因此,催芽处理是较适宜的旱地马铃薯种薯处理方法。 The seed treatment before sowing is an important measures to improve the quality and the yield of crops. In order to understand the effects of different seed treatments ~n potato growth and development in dryland, we studied the plant morphology, yield traits and water use efficiency of potato of five growth period. The results showed that: First, germination treatment was 3 days ahead of the control, the emergence rate was improved by 36.9%. Sec- ond, germination treatment could promote the potato plant growth and dry matter accumulation, the plant height, leaf area per plant and dry weight per plant were significantly higher than other treatments. Third, the potato yield and water use efficiency of germination treatment were the highest ,respectively 14.9% and 15.6% higher than that of the control. Therefore, germination treatment is suitable to dryland potato processing method.
