摘要
目的 :评价紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法 :34例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者d 1采用紫杉醇 1 50mg/m2 ,d 2～d 6使用顺铂 2 0mg/m2 。 3周为 1个周期 ,均治疗 2个周期。结果 :34例晚期非小细胞肺癌中 ,部分缓解 1 8例、稳定 9例、恶化 7例 ,总有效率 56 5%。初治者有效率为 57 7% (1 5/2 6) ,复治者有效率为 37 5%(3/8)。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、脱发、肌肉及关节疼痛。结论 :紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌具有较好的疗效 。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of the combination of paclitaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Thirty four patients with stages Ⅲ and Ⅳ of NSCLC were treated with the combination for two courses.Each courses lasted for 3 weeks.In each week,paclitaxel was administered on day 1 at a dose of 150 mg/m 2 and cisplatin at a dose of 20 mg/m 2 from day 2 to day 6.Results:Eighteen patients achieved partial response.The overall response rate was 56 5%.The main side effect were myelosuppresive toxicities,gastrointestinal disturbance,alopecia,myalgia and arthralgia.Conclusion:The combination of paclitaxel and cisplatin is effective and well tolerated in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.
