摘要
具有中国石化自主知识产权的柴油液相循环加氢技术在中国石化石家庄炼油化工股份有限公司实现首次工业化成功应用。结果表明:采用该技术生产的柴油满足车用柴油国Ⅳ排放标准要求;实际标定时,原料采用部分直供,装置能耗为298.87MJ/t,如果装置按照设计全部为热进料,该装置能耗为242.02 MJ/t,远低于传统滴流床工艺418MJ/t左右的平均能耗。
Diesel liquid phase recycling hydrogenation technology with SINOPEC independent intel- lectual property rights achieves successfully industrial application for the first time in Shijiazhuang Refi- ning Chemical Company. Industrial application results show that diesel meeting National Ⅳ Vehicle Emission Standards can be produced by this technology. The energy consumption is 298.87 MJ/t with feedstock being partially direct hot feed in the performance test, while energy consumption will be 242.02 MJ/t if all feedstock are direct hot feed according to the design, far lower than about 418 MJ/t with the traditional trickle bed process.
