摘要 探讨嵌入式汉麻混纺纱的生产工艺。针对汉麻原纤维混纺纱开发的难点,通过正确选配原料,对汉麻原纤维预处理,前纺以及嵌入纺工序合理配置工艺参数,采取相关技术及管理措施,成功纺制出精梳麻浆纤维/涤纶/棉/汉麻原纤维40/25/20/15 16.4 tex(22.2 dtex×2)嵌入式混纺纱。认为:嵌入式纺纱方法在开发可纺性较差的汉麻纤维多组分混纺纱产品方面能够发挥出较好的技术优势。 Processing of embedded China-hemp blended yarn was discussed. According to the difficulty in developing China-hemp raw fiber blended yarn, a series of technology measures and management measures were adopted, such as selecting raw material correctly, retreating China-hemp raw fiber,optimizing processing parameter in froe spinning and embedded spinning process. Finally combed China-hemp viscose fiber/polyester/cotton/China-hemp raw fiber 40/25/ 20/15 16.4 tex(22.2 dtex ×2)embedded blended yarn can be produced successfully. It is considered that technology advantages of embedded spinning can be used better in developing worse spinnability China-hemp fiber multi-component blended yarn.
