摘要
目的调查2010-2011年某军校新学员结核感染状况,为部队院校结核病防治提供参考。方法对2010-2011年新学员进行结核菌素试验,并进行相关分析。结果共调查新学员1 900名,有卡痕率61.21%,新学员结核菌素试验阳性率为48.63%,强阳性率1.74%;有卡痕阳性率为54.34%,无卡痕阳性率为39.62%。结论本次调查新学员一半多为结核易感人群,少部分为高危人群,有必要加强新学员的结核病防治工作。
Objective To investigate tuberculosis infection in newly - enrolled cadets from 2010 to 2011 and pro- vide references for control and prevention of tuberculosis. Methods Purified Protein Derivative of Tuberculin （PPD） test was performed in newly -enrolled cadets recruited from 2010 to 2011 and descriptive analysis were conducted on the data. Results Altogether 1900 newly - enrolled cadets were performed PPD test. The BCG scar rate was 6I. 2! %. The rates of positive, super - positive, positive with BCG scar and positive without BCG nour was 48.63%, 1.74%, 54. 34% and 39.62% respectively. Conclusion It is necessary to strength- en the TB prevention and control work among newly -enrolled cadets.
