摘要
目的: 分析导致隆鼻术失败的假体雕刻上存在的问题及修复。方法: 对1986 年12 月～1999 年5 月间1 000 例隆鼻失败修复术中所取出的硅胶假体进行分类分析, 提出假体雕刻的改进方法。结果: 从1 000 例隆鼻术失败患者中取出的硅胶假体分为8 类, 用我们雕刻的假体植入进行修复, 均获满意效果。结论: 隆鼻术的成功与否, 除取决于术者的高超手术技能外, 最关键的是利用美学观点,
Objective:To investigate the potential problems occurred in sculpturing implant leading to the failure of augmentation rhinoplasty.Methods:We analysed the characters of the implants from 1000 unsatisfactory cases from Dec. 1986 to Mar.1999 to establish the right way in sculpturing implant.Results:The augmentation rhinoplasty protheses have been undertaken by using the new sculptured implant in 1 000 cases with the satisfatory results.Conclusion:Besides performers,higher skill during the operation,the key points for a successful augmentation rhinoplasty include a skilled surgical technique,use of aesthetics and a sculptured suitable implant.
