摘要
总结了目前军队医疗机构在医学计量人才队伍建设方面存在的4个问题,并针对存在的问题围绕"提高思想认识"、"创新培养模式"以及"改善工作环境"3个方面进行了对策分析与研究,为提升医学计量专业及人员的地位、加强人才培养力度以及提升岗位吸引力等提供了切实可行的方法,为促进医学计量人才队伍的可持续发展提供了新的思路。
The problems in the construction of medical metrology personnel team in the military medical facility are summarized, and then some measures are put forward from the aspects of improving thinking, creating mode and promoting working environment. Then the sustainable development of medical metrology personnel training may be enhanced aeeordingly.
