The Digit-controlled Vertical Setting Machine and the Process Design

摘要 为了实现弹性带条针布植针机功能多样化和可调整操作,通过对机械式植针机的动作过程和工艺分析研究,从凸轮主轴、横向移动机构以及提升机构3个方面提出数字化控制方案,通过对数字化实现过程和植针工艺的详细分析,指出研制的数字化植针机,速度为0--320针/min,可实现无级调速;横向移动、纵向提升伺服驱动,且动作迅速可靠、运行稳定、噪声小、稳定性优,可大幅提升工作效率。 In order to realize the diversation of the function and the operation regulation for the elastic strip vertical setting machine,trough the ananlysis of the performance and the process of the mechanical setting machine,three digit-controlled projects are given including the cam shaft, the transeverse motion, and the lifting system. The detailed analysis of the digit control and the setting process finds that the vertical set- ting machine with velocity of 0~320 points per minute is of stepless speed adjustment and the transeverse motion with vertical lifting servo system is of rapid action,stable performance,low noise,good stability, thus markedly improving working efficiency.
