摘要
目的探讨高压氧辅助治疗脑干卒中的临床疗效。方法对76例脑干梗死或脑干出血的患者分别给予常规康复治疗及常规康复联合高压氧治疗,应用MBI评分及疗效判定评估两组疗效。结果常规康复联合高压氧治疗有效率达95%,MBI评分明显高于对照组。结论高压氧辅助治疗脑干卒中有显著的治疗效果,早期高压氧介入效果更加明显。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen auxiliary treatment of brainstem stroke.Methods Or brain stem hemorrhage in 76 cases of brain stem infarction patients were given conventional treatment and conventional rehabilitation com- bined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment.Application of MBI scores and outcome evaluation of two groups of curative effect. Results Rou- tine rehabilitation combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment efficiency was 95%,and the MBI scores are significantly higher than the con- trol group.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen auxiliary treatment of brainstem stroke has a significant therapeutic effect,early hyperbaric oxy- gen intervention effect more apparent.
