摘要
目的 :探讨脑立体定向术后并发颅内出血的原因、预防及治疗。方法 :对 13例脑立体定向术后并发颅内出血患者临床资料进行分析总结。结果 :定向术后并发颅内出血是一种或几种因素共同作用的结果 ,相关因素有年龄、血压、毁损灶、合并其他疾病及操作不当等。结论 :定向术后并发颅内出血可以通过控制血压、排除合并其它疾病、定期保养设备等进行预防 ,出血后可保守治疗、脑室钻孔引流或开颅清除血肿。
Objective:To study the cause,prevention and treament of intracranial hemorrhage after stereotactic operations.Methods:To analyse the clinical data of 13 patients with intracranial hemorrhage after stereotactic operations.Results:The intracranial hemorrhage,after stereotactic operations were due to one or several causes which included age,blood press,injured area,other diseases and unsuitable working.Conclusion:Intracranial hemorrhage after stereotactic operations could be prevented by controlling blood press,finding and treating other diseases and maintaining machinery.And it also be treated by drug,ventricular drainage,and craniotomy evacuation of hematomas.
