摘要
EPC总承包模式是当前国际国内普遍采用的一种工程总承包模式,该模式与传统的建设模式相比具有节省投资、优化管理、全过程控制等优点。在EPC项目中采购管理处于举足轻重的地位。采购管理工作对整个工程的工期、质量和成本都有直接影响。而采购周期长、采购形式的多样、采购责任的重大以及采购业务接触面广、工作地点多等特点,更增加了采购管理工作的难度,文中从设备采购管理、供货商管理等方面进行了阐述。
EPC contracting model is currently widely used as a domestic and international EPC mode. Its advantages of saving investment, optimizing management and whole process control compared with the traditional construction. In the EPC project, procurement management is in a pivotal position, it has a direct impact on the construction period, quality and cost of the project. However, the features of long procurement cycle, various forms of procurement, more responsibility, a wide range of procurement operations and more workplace increase the difficulty of procurement management. This paper elaborates the equipment procurement management in the fields of procurement, supplier management, and etc.
