摘要
目的:对临床治疗呼吸内科患者的效果进行分析。方法:选取本院2012年6月-2013年4月接受治疗的186例呼吸内科患者,将其按随机数字表法随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组93例患者采用常规治疗方法,观察组患者采用针对性治疗方法,对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果:经过对比,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.7%,对照组为74.2%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在呼吸内科患者治疗中,采用药物针对性治疗,控制感染,可以有效提高其治疗有效率。
Objective： To analyze the clinical treatment for patients of respiratory department of internal medicine effect.Method： 186 respiratory department of internal medicine patients in our hospital in 2012 June -2013 April, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the routine treatment group had 93 cases; the observation group was treated by the method of treatment. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Result： Through the comparison, in the treatment group, the total efficiency was 95.7%, control group was 74.2%, the two groups differed significantly, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： For patients of respiratory department of internal medicine, the use of drugs for the treatment, control of infection, can effectively improve the treatment efficiency.
