非同步性发展视角中的运动训练分期 被引量:4

Analyze on Sport Training Cycle Based on the View of Non-Synchronization Development

摘要 运用文献资料法,基于运动员竞技子能力非同步性发展的视角,对运动训练分期的相关问题进行研究。结果表明,运动训练分期是事物非同步性发展这一普遍现象在运动员竞技状态发展方面的具象体现;运动训练分期理论并不过时,它将基于现代竞赛体制不断得到丰富和发展;从因果关系上看,运动训练分期的外因基础是竞赛活动的日期安排,而其内因基础是运动员竞技子能力的非同步性发展特征;运动训练分期的时限受运动员竞技子能力非同步性发展效果的影响,在现代竞赛体制下,集中表现为缩短准备期时限;大周期的时限缩短集中表现为微缩大周期的时限缩短。 Based on the view of non-synchronization development of athletes' sub-competitive abilities, this paper used the methods of literature consultation and logical analysis to study problems related to sport training cycle. The results show that sport training cycle is the concrete reflect of non-synchronization development shown on the continually development of athlete competitive status. Sport training cycle theory is not out of date, instead, it will continually developing and enriching based on modem competition system. The external cause of sport training cy- cle is competition agenda, and the internal cause of sport training cycle is the non-synchronization development of athletes' sub-competitive abilities. The effect of non-synchronization development of athletes' sub-competitive abili- ties will influence the period of sport training cycle, which mainly reflects on shorter prepare period. Macrocycle period shortening mainly reflect on shorter constrictive macrocycles.
