摘要
目的探讨血塞通联合环磷腺苷治疗老年糖尿病合并脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将淮北市人民医院2009年1月到2011年12月之间收治的130例老年糖尿病合并脑梗死患者随机的分为两组,观察组65例患者给予血塞通联合环磷腺苷治疗,对照组65例患者给予普通丹参、脑复康和胞二磷胆碱治疗,观察两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组的临床治疗有效率为84.6%,对照组为64.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗过程中均未见有任何的不良反应,治疗耐受力较好。结论临床中采取血塞通联合环磷腺苷治疗老年糖尿病合并脑梗死效果显著,可有效改善血流动力学指标,促肢体的恢复,值得临床中应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuesaitong combined with cyclic adenosine monophosphate on eld- erly diabetic patients with cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and thirty elderly patients with diabetes cerebral infarction between January 2009 and December 2011 from Huaibei people＇ s hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 65 patients in observation group were given Xuesaitong combined with cyclic adenosine monophosphate, and 65 patients in control group were treated with ordinary Salvia, piracetam and citicoline bile. The clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The clinical effective rate was 84. 6% in observation group, and 64. 6% in control group, the difference was statistical- ly significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The course of treatment of the two groups showed no adverse reactions, and had a good tolerance ther- apy. Conclusion Xuesaitong combined with cyclic adenosine monophosphate in the treatment of elderly diabetic patients with cerebral infarction has a significant curative effect, and can effectively improve the hemodynamic indexes, promote the recovery of the limb, so is worthy of clinical application.
