摘要
目的探讨我市社区老年糖尿病患者抗糖尿病药物的应用情况。方法选取社区门诊接诊的100例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象，对其临床用药情况进行统计和分析。结果100例患者开具处方药物115种次，患者有联合用药者。磺脲类、双胍类以及餐时血糖调节剂在患者中的应用较为广泛，分别占到33．00％、2600％和22。00％。我社区老年糖尿病患者所用抗糖尿病药物DUI值范围均介于0.8～1．0之间，均处于推荐使用范围，利用情况良好。结论社区老年糖尿病患者在应用抗糖尿病药物时部分患者存在着联合应用，各类药物的临床应用率不同，但基本可以做到合理应用。
Objective To investigate the application of antidiabetic drugs in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in our city community. Methods 100 elderly patients with diabetes in our community out-patient admissions were chosen, and they were taken for statistics and analysis for its clinical application. Results 100 cases of patients were with 115 times prescription drugs, and they were with combined drug. Sulfonylurea, biguanides and prandial glucose regulator used in patients with more extensive, respectively accounted for 33%, 26% and 22%. The diabetes diabetes drug DUI range used in the community for the elderly patients was between （0.8-1.0）, they were all in the recommended range, and it was in good condition. Conclusion The elderly patients with diabetes antidiabetic drugs in the application part of the patients have combined application, and the clinical application rates of various drugs are different, but it can also achieve a reasonable application.
