妊娠期高血压病合并HELLP综合征临床分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的：通过分析6例妊娠高血压病合并HELLP综合征患者，提高对该病的认识，降低孕产妇及围生儿死亡率。方法：对医院2011年3月～2013年3月收治的6例妊娠高血压病合并HELLP综合征患者临床资料进行回顾性分析及总结。结果：无孕产妇死亡，均于剖宫产术后8—13天治愈或好转出院。围产儿1例胎死宫内，其余5例预后良好。结论：重视妊娠高血压疾病及提高对HELLP综合征的认识，做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗，提高孕产妇及围生儿生存率。
